Welcome — and thanks for choosing Easy AI (“Easy AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of easyaisite.com and any related services, products, downloads, content, and features provided by Easy AI (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service (but we’ll be sad to see you go).

1. Quick overview (TL;DR)

Use the Service legally and respectfully.

Pay for anything you buy — digital products are generally non-refundable.

We own the platform and our content; you generally own your submissions but grant us a license to operate the Service.

We try hard, but we can’t promise perfection — use at your own risk.

California law governs; unresolved disputes generally go to binding arbitration.

2. Definitions

“User,” “you,” or “your” — anyone who accesses the Service.

“Content” — text, images, audio, code, prompts, models, GPTs, templates, and other materials available on or uploaded to the Service.

“User Content” — Content you submit, upload, or post.

“Digital Goods” — downloadable or online products (e.g., GPTs, playbooks, templates) sold through the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account registration & security

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information.

Keep your password and account secure.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You’re responsible for activity under your account (so don’t share it with sketchy folks).

5. Our Services & changes

We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion (we like iterating). We’ll aim to give notice of major changes but we’re not required to. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

6. Purchases, payments, and refunds

Payment: Digital purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

Refunds: Unless we say otherwise in writing, digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you believe a product is defective or materially not as described, contact legal@easyaisite.com
and we’ll evaluate the request.

Pricing errors: If a product is incorrectly priced due to error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payment.

7. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and payment (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal, lawful purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except by a separate written agreement.

8. User Content — ownership and license

You retain ownership of the User Content you post. Nice.

By submitting User Content, you grant Easy AI a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify (technical only), distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use the User Content to operate, promote, and improve the Service and related products. This is necessary for us to run the site — e.g., to display or deliver the product you uploaded.

If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose.

Do not upload anything you don’t have rights to (music, stolen code, other people’s secrets). That’s how trouble happens.

9. Prohibited content & conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, or harmful content.

Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse others.

Reverse-engineer our services, attempt to break security, or otherwise interfere with the Service.

Use our Service to create or distribute malware, spam, or content that violates laws.

Evade or abuse usage limits or pricing structures.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

10. Intellectual property

Easy AI and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in our platform, software, logos, designs, and proprietary content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are our property or used with permission. Don’t use them without written consent.

11. Third-party services and links

We may integrate or link to third-party services (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, marketplaces). Those third parties have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their policies or performance.

12. DMCA policy (copyright)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through the Service, email a DMCA takedown notice to info@easyaisite.com
containing:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed;

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location;

Your contact information (address, email, phone);

A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.

We will respond as required by law.

13. Disclaimers — no professional advice

The Service and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Easy AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. If you need professional advice, hire a human expert (we recommend one who drinks coffee). We make no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability — short version

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Easy AI in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Under no circumstances will Easy AI be liable for lost profits, lost data, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or indirect damages, even if we knew they were possible.

Translation: we try to be fair, but don’t expect us to cover massive downstream losses.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.

16. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access (temporarily or permanently) if you breach these Terms or for any other lawful reason. On termination, your license ends and we may delete or retain data as required by law or our policies.

17. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Arbitration: Except for small claims court claims or injunctive relief (if applicable), disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. You and Easy AI each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award the same relief as a court. If any portion of the arbitration clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder survives.

If you’re allergic to arbitration, let us know and we’ll try to be reasonable — but please read this carefully.

18. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll post a notice and update the “Effective date.” Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

Entire agreement: These Terms and any policies referenced here (e.g., Privacy Policy) form the entire agreement between you and Easy AI regarding the Service.
